La Michoacana Ice Cream & Tacos Don Mane

This place was found through Google and it lived up to the great ratings!!! The food was fresh and delicious. My partner stated the burrito was amazing and the chicken taco was top tier. I thoroughly enjoyed the asada torta. Loved the pickled jalapeño and carrots. It was very filling, but didn’t feel like it was loaded with grease like some places. I hope they are able to keep up with this quality and freshness as their prices are really fair!!! The brick and mortar place was clean. There was a small wait because the front person was indisposed. But that’s no big deal because the food delivers. The green salsa was spicy, yet a great accompaniment. Would highly recommend this eatery. We will most definitely going back.

The food is authentic and incredible! Highly recommend the burritos, the tortillas looked and tasted homemade. They have delicious popsicles so save room for dessert! We will be back :)

I got the pastor burrito, and it may be the best burrito I've ever had. Green sauce was incredible, and my strawberries and cream popsicle was top notch too.

I've been patiently waiting for this spot to open and boy did they not disappoint. From the pretty pink decor to the huge selection of ice cream flavors. The Agua Fresca is my favorite that's what I went for and it was cool and refreshing. Me and bae always do taco friday at the taco truck but now we have a brick and mortar we can enjoy their flavorful tacos. The popsicle variety will blow your mind. The barrirra tacos were crunchy, juicy, melty and flavorful some of the best I've tasted. So happy we have this hidden gem in my city.

Went to lunch here a week ago, had 4 tacos. Asada, pollo, chorizo, and pastor. The asada and chorizo were both excellent and the other two were good as well. Extremely pleased with my meal and will have to come back and try other items. Didnt have time to partake in the desserts so I'll have to try those.

I love this place! My first visit was over the weekend and since then we have come back two more times! We entered and were immediately greeted by a friendly cashier. The environment is authentic, as is the food and menu; most menu items are posted in Spanish primarily which adds to the atmosphere. I got a burrito and my partner got a quesadilla on the first visit, we thoroughly enjoyed all of it! The second visit my partner again got a quesadilla (which is a new favorite), while I tried the Elote (en vaso) and Raspados. They did not have the flavor I wanted for the Raspados, but we came to an agreement with the flavors they had and I absolutely LOVED it. I came back again today just for the Elote, which is the best I’ve had! We will be back again!

Everyone is nice the food is amazing I would recommend coming here! This is coming from a child so it has so be good lol!

This has been my go to taco place around Newberry for the last 2 years. Every time I come the food is made fresh and to order. Their horchata drink is so damn good. I personally get their Lengua tacos and steak (carne asada) tacos are the best. The tortas and burritos are great too but their tacos are the best. Their green and red sauces have a good kick to them but not too spicy. This food is actually very similar to home made freshly cooked meals. No harsh preservatives or extremely salty food. It’s actually real authentic good food. They also make their orders quickly for the amount of people that come here.
